Your onboarding journey begins here! You can follow the guide below for the required steps.

Step 1 - Staff Information
The staff information form is used to collect all of the essential information needed to get you started. You can access it here:
Important things to note: Once you have completed this step, the Staff Information Form will be used to automatically pre-populate all the forms required at the next steps. You will receive emails for each of the next forms required. There are four (4) forms in total. We suggest you check your email and complete Step 2 from the pre-prepared links sent to you.
Step 2 - Onboarding Forms
After you complete your Staff Information Form, you will receive four (4) emails each with a link to an additional form.
These forms are:
Blue Light Membership Form
NZTA Driver Check Form
Police Vetting Form
Blue Light Code of Conduct
These don’t have to be completed in any particular order, but it is essential you submit ALL FOUR to finish your onboarding process!
Accessing the onboarding forms
These extra forms should be in your inbox with pre-filled information from your Staff Information Form. However, if you cannot see these forms, you can use the below links to complete these manually

What Happens Next?
Once you have completed both Steps 1 and 2, the first phase of your onboarding is complete – congrats!
Your Manager will then be in touch regarding your first day! Once you start, we will then work through the second phase of your onboarding
