The process

Overview: Meet with your dedicated HR Business partner to discuss the overall process, decide which areas of your business you would like to be assessed and identify a timeline for the review.

NDA and Content Upload: Feel assured your privacy is protected with a legal non-disclosure agreement in line with the Privacy Act.

Interview: Your dedicated HR Business Partner will meet with a Senior Manager or lead, who has overall responsibility for HR matters to understand how HR frameworks are applied.

Content Review: Our team undertakes a thorough review of your content (policies, procedures, templates, files, processes, practices) to assess suitability against best-practice HR frameworks, employment legislation.

Comprehensive Report: A detailed report of our findings, complete with an annual plan.
